CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO JUDICIAL PROTECTION
Аннотация. В статье исследуются аспекты установления конституционного права человека на судебную защиту. Осуществляется анализ разнообразных моментов данной области правоотношений, а также приводятся примеры правоприменительной практики. Эффективность правоотношений в современных реалиях невозможна без стабильного механизма защиты прав граждан судебными органами.
Annotation. The article examines the aspects of establishing the constitutional human right to judicial protection. The analysis of various aspects of this area of legal relations is carried out, as well as examples of law enforcement practice are given. The effectiveness of legal relations in modern realities is impossible without a stable mechanism for protecting the rights of citizens by judicial authorities.
