Тема: Projects
You are a project manager and need to instruct your international team based in different countries and time zones on how to make your project successful. Write an email to your team about:
• the aim of the project
• the business benefit
• the benefit(s) of the team
• what needs to be done
• the process you want them to follow*
• what success looks like
You should write 150-180 words.

Tips for Writing 7 are shorter than they should be because you are to write another email. This is why before writing an email for Module 7, please read Tips for Writing 6 again as that would be really helpful.
The email for Module 7 should include:
1. A ‘from’ line
2. A ‘to’ line
3. Date
4. Subject line
NOTE
• It has to be short and specific.
5. Greeting
• You need to choose an appropriate greeting as you should write one email that could be sent to each member of your team with no change. This is why the greeting has to be suitable for all team members.

*Points 6 and 7 are interchangeable. You need to write about the aim of the project, the business benefit, the benefit(s) of the team, what needs to be done, the process you want them to follow, what success looks like. The ‘process’ means that you need to write 6-8 instructions to your team members. Take care that your email has to sound polite. This is why please use the Subjunctive for that (e.g. suggest, recommend, insist, etc and it is important, essential, imperative, crucial, vital, etc). If you do not do that, your email would not be graded. Do write more than two paragraphs. It is better to have four shorter paragraphs than two longer ones.
8. Closing paragraph
• Closing paragraph has to sound as polite as the body of your email.
9. Sign-off
• You need to choose an appropriate sign-off because this is an email to all team members.
