Сегодня, к примеру, Бразилия предложила, по сути, новую модель промышленной политики: замену прямого контроля и мажоритарного владения собственностью на миноритарное владение и контроль через бразильский Банк национального развития и его инвестиционный филиал BNDESPAR.
Бразилия – демократическая страна, обладающая многими чертами англо-саксонского капитализма. Она стала, можно сказать, родиной новых инструментов госкапитализма
