Высылаю вам module book с требованиями к работе. Он состоит из двух частей, презентация и отчет( Indivudual presentation 25% & report 75%). Нужен только отчет. Презентацию делать не надо.
The paper should be a 4500-word report as briefing paper. You can write about an NGO, professional body, government department or similar would produce.
The topic which you identify must be a current issue within the food and beverages sector of the hospitality industry. It does not have to be a UK or Bulgaria based issue.
In the briefing paper you will need to;
Critically and objectively identify the issue which must be current and food and or beverage based.
Make explicit the stakeholders involved in the issue: on which organisations behalf the paper has been written and who it is intended to influence
Critically analyse and evaluate relevant academic theory, government policy and industry concerns.
Conclude with a series of action points, an action plan and or recommendations which address the issue
Keep the report brief and succinct! Use appropriate Briefing paper format/template. You can find examples in DEC.
