Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently stayed at your hotel from July 3rd till July 11th and unfortunately, I was
charged incorrectly on my bill. Specifically, I was charged for the minibar and the
use of the gym equipment.
As a guest, I expect accurate and transparent billing during my stay, and I believe
that the issues I encountered were unacceptable. Given my experience, I believe it
would be appropriate to receive a refund for the incorrect charges. Alternatively, I
would be willing to accept a discount on a future stay or a complimentary night at
your hotel in the future.
