“Mathematical Analysis and Parameter Sensitivity of Circadian Clock Models across Species
I want to focus on analysing and comparing different models of clocks, focusing on structural dynamics and parameter sensitivity, I want to compare the reaction for stimuli between mammalian, insect and plan circadian clocks. I particularly want to investigate how cycles are generated and whether there are any differences in how they’re generated and maintained depending on the model, and how those factors are influenced by different parameters: light and temperature changes.

To conduct such an investigation, I will use MATLAB as it is more intuitive to me rather than FORTRAN.
