Legislative system in England (essay 2000+ words)

Write down a short essay of 2000 words on the topic below.
- Describe a legislative process in a country different than the Czech Republic and how this is regulated by law.
- This entails the parliament (uni-cameral / bi-cameral), the majority required to pass the law, presidential veto, legislative initiative etc.
- Statute laws regulating the legislative procedure.
