Design your Professional Development Map - your individual map which will guide your professional development within the 2-5 years. The map has to reflect your professional competence, including, but not limited to, your language proficiency and your FLT knowledge and skills. But the two boldfaced and italicized points have to be covered quite thoroughly. The map is expected to contain both the overall strategy and specific steps of your professional development.
Do focus on what you want to achieve; why you want to achieve it; how you are planning to achieve it.
