Тема: beford’s Law. The paper should include it’s history, analysis, real life examples, explanation, and how it’s important in our world

So here are the requirements listed from our supervisor. No plan, no originality guidelines and other stuff. But I suppose more original is better. 

Research Paper Assignment

Overview:

By the end of the spring semester you must submit a short research paper. While the choice of topic is entirely up to you, your report must make use of one or more of the mathematical and statistical techniques that are covered over the course of the year. You may choose to do the project solo or with one other person.

Length:

Single author: maximum of 10 pages.

With a co-author: maximum of 15 pages.

Adhere to the standard 12 point font, double spaced.

Grading:

The paper will count as one additional test.

Paper structure:

Adhere to the standard research assignment structure. You should have an introduction describing what and why. Subsequent sections should describe your methodology, lay out your results and provide a conclusion with optional suggestions for avenues of further research.

Suggestions:

While calculus and linear algebra are certainly valid tools to use in your report, statistics will likely be the most useful. Common topics with readily available data would be statistical analysis and inference of economic and financial data like GDP growth, market returns, or volatility. Outside of economics and markets, electoral politics and professional sports are areas that heavily use data and statistics. Don’t hesitate to ask for help, direction or clarification as you work on this report.
