1 глава Literature review (economics)

The file that i have uploaded does not clearly meet the initial requirements of the proposal. The major reason is that the aim of literature review is to discover the factors that have an influence on real estate prices and to define theories that lie behind the fact that specifically those factors drive real estate prices.
The major point is to find data for those factors, because later i will use them to build a model.
IMPORTANT: information and numerical data about the factors is required. The factors have to be specific for the chosen topic. This part of thesis is one of the most important, because it is a starting point for my further work.
Literature review has to analyze a minimum of 35 sources, it has to flow smoothly, starting from introduction, then the search for the theories, then moving to the factors and then analyzing each factor in particular with specific data.
