3. How does the company reaches out to its customers base? (marketing strategy, advertising, sales channels, customers experience policy etc.)
4. Why is this company competitive? (output, pricing, production efficiency, various costs management, quality management, brand management, innovation, customer loyalty policy)
5. Forms of ownership (in retrospective) and financing strategy
6. Key Performance indicators (in retrospective – depending on the length of period you use in order to outline the strategy, mainly: market share, revenue, profit, market capitalization, output (production capability))
The Introduction is supposed to cover brief history of the company, its aspirations, ambitions, main goals and principles. The Conclusion is your independent analysis and conclusions on what actually the Strategy of this company was and what it looks like now and in the years to come
