Corporate Finance. Case study.

Details of the task as follow:
• Individual report in Pdf format is required
• The objective of the case is to apply the concepts learned in a real example to link the numbers to the corporate business
• The instructions for the students are:
o Read the case, highlight, and take notes to know the Company and focus on their risks and opportunities (skipping the numbers during the first reading)
o Use the numbers as they are, and the ones are needed (do not type all the numbers)
o Proceed to answer the bottom-line question: what is the project that Emily Harris should recommend over the other and why?
o It is basic to support your recommendation using financial calculations to provide a good perspective to the Company
