Please, read “Regulation of the minister for development and finance of 27 December 2017 on the minimum level of the bank guarantee or insurance guarantee” and explain what is a minimum level of the bank guarantee or insurance guarantee required in connection with the activity carried out by tour operators and businesses facilitating the procurement of linked travel arrangements in Poland.
