Task: Imagine that you are a reviewer at a conference/journal and you receive a paper for your kind review. Although all uploaded papers have been accepted, try to make critical, but fair review of this work.

(!) Review recommendations:

1. Brief summary of the paper in your own words, pointing out its contributions (20 points).

2. Strengths (What are the key strengths of this paper?) (20 points).

3. Weaknesses (What are the major weaknesses of this paper?) (20 points).

4. References (Should be fresh enough - preferably within 5 years period. A manuscript should only cite papers that are directly related to the topics covered in the manuscript and the authors should explain how each paper relates to the manuscript.) (20 points).

5. Comments and Recommendation (Please give the reasoning for your overall recommendation 'accept'/'reject' and any additional comments you wish to add. Regarding additional comments: is paper well structured? Is it easy to follow? etc.) (20 points).
